Exam Proctoring

	Need to take a proctored exam? We can assist! If you are taking courses with a College/University that require your exam to be proctored, coming to the Programs Office in Apprentice Hall is the place for you! As a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World® Resort, you are eligible to utilize free proctoring services.

Follow these two easy steps to schedule your exam!

Schedule a convenient day/time for your exam:

Visit support.disneyprograms.com and click “Submit a request” in the upper-right corner of the page. You will need the following information to schedule a day/time for your exam:

Your information (name, email, perner#)
Your school information (name, course name & number, exam/test information)
Any specific details or attachments for your exam/test
Select your first, second and third choices for day/time from the drop down box.

Contact your instructor/university to share their next steps

They will need to submit your exam material by visiting https://support.disneyprograms.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000412472
They should select "school proctoring information" from the drop down box, and complete their information.
